Our extra virgin olive oil is one of nature's greatest gifts. Harvested from Puglia's ancient olive trees, and cold-pressed within hours, nothing is added and nothing is taken away. We handle the entire process from tree to kitchen to ensure Boccadoro is always the highest quality of extra virgin olive oil, with no compromises.

  • Early Harvest

    Our Early Harvest olive oil is all harvested before the end of October, well before the olives have reached full maturity and with polyphenol and vitamin levels at their peak. Ideal for all uses, but particularly suited to be used 'raw' on salads and vegetables.

  • Classic

    Our Classic olive oil is harvested during November, so still technically an early harvest olive oil, packed with healthy polyphenols and vitamins. Well-balanced fruity/peppery flavour ideal for all uses.

  • D.O.P. Collina di Brindisi

    D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) ensures a quality well above those of other extra virgin olive oils. For more details please see our blog.
